"It was really inclusive"

I really enjoyed Smart Recovery with Shiv, I felt it was really inclusive, everyone is really respectful and calm, it has given me loads of tools to help deal with situations where I struggle in respect to relapsing. it has helped going through scenarios and talked about different ways of overcoming urges and ways of dealing with emotions instead of using drugs.

I have really enjoyed the Smart Recovery group and gutted its finished to be honest.
