About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Plaster Room

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently took my 9-year-old son to Royal Sick Kids hospital Glasgow for review at clinic and removal of K wires and plaster cast. 

I was very impressed with the information given to my son during his time in the plaster room. The staff explained every step they were going to take, in language he would understand. They made him feel at ease and spoke to him as the patient, instead of speaking to me and ignoring my son. The staff were very friendly and gentle.
