"Kind and compassionate service from our district nurse."

I have a son who is severely disabled on account of a rare muscular degenerative disease. He is a very bright individual who is a doctor and he makes a Herculean effort to keep his life together in the face of much adversity. 

Donna, has always been available to help us when it was very difficult to find help elsewhere. She has facilitated us on so many ways when it has come to practical aids that would help my son. She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to expedite care and ensure that all her promises were delivered on in a timely fashion. She has really helped to take a lot of stress out of our experience.

I have become very dependent upon her and hence she is the one to field all our problems. She is my ‘go to ‘ Professional and I have to say she has always displayed a pleasant compassionate professional manner. She always brings a smile and all our interactions have been uplifting. I just wanted to recognise Donna’s excellent work. She is an example to all Healthcare workers. Keep up the good work Donna….. you are really appreciated
