"Nothing but kindness, helpfulness and consideration"

I phoned Crossgate Medical Practice (Fife) for help and advice, both the receptionist Jackie and the lady on the phone were very kind and helpful. The lovely lady on the phone checked the information I gave her and arranged an appointment for me the for the afternoon.  The Doctor my appointment was with (Dr.Campbell) was so kind, considerate and helpful. I never expected to get an appointment even though I felt I needed an appointment because Dr's surgery's are always so busy. I have experienced nothing but kindness, helpfulness and consideration as a patient.
