"Excellent service"

My mother has had a number of medical problems and procedures over the years, primarily hypertension, atrial fibrillation and arotic aneurysm. In October 2024 my mother lost the sight in her right eye due to Giant Cells  Arthritis. This led to a downward spiral in her overall physical, mental and emotional health. Mum memory has deteriorated significantly. She no longer goes out by herself, and her social life is totally dependent on her children visiting her. 

During this period mum’s GP practice has provided excellent care. The receptionist has been extremely helpful and kind, interested in her welfare and health. The treatment mum received and continues to receive from all professionals involved in her care has been exemplary. The doctors have treated her as a ‘whole’ person and is interested well being. I have been very pleased and impressed. I have been treated with compassion and kindness and have not felt rushed or pressurised. I have been listened to and my opinion is valued and respected. My heartfelt gratitude to all who work at the surgery.
