"They were faultless"

I wanted to say that my experience at the sexual health clinical was amazing. I was seen by Lynda and Megan.

Lynda was so reassuring and looked after me beautiful (I hope I’ve remembered her name right I was a little nervous). She made sure I was comfortable and felt heard. I had the full mot, I was checked and given the relevant medication with no judgement.

Then Megan took my bloods and was so bubbly and welcoming. She was chatting and bright. I often get nervous with bloods as I have tricky veins. She was incredible.

I wanted to say thank you so much to the staff that looked after me. As a healthcare student I know how important patient interactions are and these staff members were faultless.
