Sons ACL operation in Withers department Childrens 2b
My son was very well treated and extremely well looked after by all staff especially staff nurse Melissa and her team in the childrens ward. Everyone was extremely friendly, made our son feel at ease about the operation. The whole process was very well explained and we fully understood what was going to happen.
Mr Wilson's team ensured we understood what was going to happen, what had happened during the operation and what my son was expected to do to enable a full recovery.
Going to hospital can be very scary but the whole day was very well organised and we received a very professional service from the whole team at Musgrave. Thank you
