About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I visited recently with pelvic pain, coil check and STI check.

The nurse I saw was so professional and easy to talk to. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire appointment. It was quickly discovered my coil was in the wrong place, it was taken out and they also did my smear test at the same time.

I was given all the relevant information and advice and the entire experience was not scary at all. They made me feel comfortable and my mind was put at ease.

Really happy with my visit..all the staff at the walk in centre are so kind and professional.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
