"Quick and easy"

Requested an appointment via the online system. Got a text from GP back with an information form to read, and a request to drop in for an appointment. When I went, I had a short wait to be seen. Appointment was quick and easy, even used my phone to send photos to a specialist for a referral. Really impressed - this even happened on a Saturday.

We always strive to utilise available technology to achieve the best outcomes for our patients, so it's great to hear that this supported an onwards referral for you.

In response to feedback from patients following a recent survey we conducted, we begun offering some extended access appoinments within the practice so we’re delighted to hear that this Saturday appointment met your expectations, and your positive feedback affirms that this change is beneficial to our patients.
