"Never let my parents down"

I care for my 90 year old mother, who is a patient of Banks and Bearwood Medical Centre. Recently my mother accidentally fell and sustained a nasty hand wound. I cannot state enough how fantastic her medical care has been. For the last 5 years, during the time we struggled with my father's Alzheimer's Disease and now, with my widowed mother, the consistent care, understanding  and kindness has been amazing. A district/community nurse visited until my mother's hand had healed. Various mobility aids were organised and fitted, and the communication and follow up has been excellent.  This is not my own surgery, just my mother's, but I've been impressed. Thank you so much to everyone because you've made my situation easier. Never once has the surgery let my mother......or my father......down.
