OGD procedure. was feeling very apprehensive about having the procedure.
But from start to finish the staff were wonderful from receptionist to the staff carrying out the procedure. Every detail of what would happen was clearly explained to me in a manner that I could understand with the opportunity to ask questions if I wanted.
