(as the patient),

I went recently to a pre-op app 8.30am and from the moment I arrived I couldn’t ask for any better treatment. All the girls were very kind and helpful, excellent at their jobs and very helpful too. It was Geraldine who done my pre-op, I was delighted with all my treatment and even asking where to go when I arrived at the new building the wee nurse was excellent and very knowledgeable, made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable so thank you very much to all you kind ladies, cheers.

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of the pre assessment unit. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your opinion on your visit to our unit. Everyone works very hard to make each patients experience personal to them and we understand that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and we try to allay any fears or worries that they may have. I wish you well with your pending surgery and a speedy recovery.

I will pass on your kind compliments to Geraldine, she will be delighted.
