"A very professional team"

I had a second episode of post menopausal bleeding and was referred to Perth gynaecology department.  I was made to feel very welcome on arrival by staff who directed me to the waiting room. My appointment was right on time and I was talked through exactly what would happen by Dr Chien, after he took my history.  The two nurses, Yvonne and Gillian, were very welcoming and made me feel at ease.  A very professional team and in my case a good outcome. They made me feel much more relaxed about the whole experience, which is not the most dignified of scantily have done.  Thanks to all 3 of them.
