I took my 5-year-old daughter up to A&E at University Hospital Ayr after she had a fall & was complaining of wrist pain. The staff from reception, Triage & Xray were all fantastic. So kind & caring. A special mention to ANP Gillian who was working in Minor Injuries. Despite the department being super busy she was really fabulous with my little girl & went above & beyond to make her feel at ease. Thanks again to the whole team 🩷.
