I was driving home from work and my face went numb on one side & I could not smile properly. Very concerned it was a TIA/stroke due to family history. Went to A&E, was assessed and was referred to the TIA clinic.
Seen Dr Deshpande and Dr Shakawat in the TIA clinic a few days later. Both Dr’s very kind and thorough. They explained everything really well and I felt less anxious after the clinic. Was sent immediately for a MRI which was great. Couldn't ask for quicker or better service.
