I just wanted to share some feedback about Ellie and the incredible support she’s provided me throughout my journey.

From the time I was struggling in my previous role, through the job search process, and now as I try to get back to work in a new position, Ellie has been consistently supportive, understanding, and encouraging the whole way.

Starting this new role has come with its challenges, and I’ve found it really difficult to settle in. Ellie has gone out of her way to reassure me during this time. What’s meant the most is her openness and the way she’s made it clear that she’ll support whatever decision I make, whether I decide to stay or if I ultimately choose to leave and pursue something else. Knowing she’s there for me either way, and that she’ll help me find a new opportunity if needed, has been a huge comfort.

Ellie has always made herself available to talk, check in, and offer guidance, and it genuinely feels like we’ve built a great relationship. I know I can rely on her, and that kind of support makes a real difference when going through uncertain or difficult times, especially when dealing with my mental health struggles.

I really appreciate everything she’s done and just wanted to make sure her efforts are recognised. She’s truly an asset to your team.
