Recently our niece went through an operation to remove her tonsils. From start to end her care was 1st class we were kept informed provided with support and also some very welcome coffee.
The staff who we know are the hero’s of the NHS showed today why we love but also continue to support our NHS. The staff at the day surgery unit whilst under pressure of time - made us feel confident and cared for. This resource is exceptional and given the recognition of exceptional care and professionalism. Keep up the good work but please management don’t dilute or change this fabulous resource, give the staff the resources and support and this fine example of professional care on a short term basis will see all those waiting list tumble down. If there are any staff or unit awards I would like to nominate them today.
