Attended RAH (Paisley) Maternity recently, clinic B, for a scan and biopsy. Doctor Gann explained everything to me beforehand and reassured me throughout the examination and was really lovely but the credit definitely goes to Nurse Ally who held my hand and helped me stay calm during my examination, helping me with my breathing and distracting me. She managed to relax me throughout and was thorough in explaining everything before and after, a true credit to her department. Thank you.
