(as a parent/guardian),

I recently had a great experience with Speech and Language for my daughter. My daughter is non verbal and has recently started to use symbols and visuals to communicate. The speech therapy team made me a communication book and to say it’s been a game changer is putting it lightly!!

On behalf of the community paediatric Speech and Language Therapy team I would like to thank you for sharing your experience. I am delighted to hear that your daughter's communication book has been so game changing! Our therapists work hard to develop a tailor made approach to each child's individual communication needs and our SLT Assistants take great care and pride in creating each book. It means a lot to us to get this feedback and so I will be sure to share your kind words with all of the team.
