(as a service user),

I had an appointment for blood tests.

I have to say Ruth was excellent. I'm nervous with needles. She was very calming and I looked away for a second. Couldn't believe she was actually drawing blood. I felt nothing. Usually it's difficult to find a good vein and takes several painful attempts.  I thanked her and told her she should get promoted or have an extra day off. She is so good
