"The service really is exceptional"

After finding a lump in my breast exactly 1 week ago, I have already been seen by the breast clinic, had a mammogram and ultrasound and reassured that the lump is nothing concerning. 

The service really is exceptional, to be able to get an appointment to be seen quickly and then be given the results on the day is really great in order to be able to relieve anxieties at such a worrying time. 

Every member of staff that I came into contact with at the clinic, without exception, was friendly, professional and reassuring throughout which helped to put my mind at ease. 

Thank you for providing such a great service.  It is reassuring to know that this service exists for patients in Forth Valley.
