Gastroenterology Department. I recently had an endoscopy, which I was dreading. I need not have worried, it was no problem at all.
Everyone was very kind and efficient. Dr. Metwally put me at ease straight away and although they were very busy with a lot of patients they had time for everyone.
One small suggestion I have is that maybe there could be background music in the waiting room.
