"Inability to speak to someone"

We spent two days trying to contact the department that deals with the delivery of equipment to no avail. Lengthy phone calls for two days, kept being told that the call would be answered shortly to no avail. There is no option to send an email and a phone call seems to be the only way to make contact! Shocking service - in fact - no service at all! In my experience, the system is not fit for purpose and needs a complete overhaul.
