(as the patient),

Both the dr and nurse were very friendly and informative. They put me at ease by explaining everything that was going to happen. They also chatted to me during the appointment so that I didn’t think about what was happening.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent appointment with us here at Exeter Sexual Health. We do strive to make our patients feel as comfortable and cared for and understand the sensitive nature of what we do here.

Some treatments can be understandably daunting and you've suggested that both the doctor and nurse understood your trepidation and nurtured you through the procedure.

This kind of feedback is so helpful because how a patient feels is so important to their future engagements with us and helps all our staff recognise that we are on the right track.
