(as the patient),

From organising scan via Victoria Hospital on the Thursday to having CT scan done on the Monday at QMH, it was an absolute delight.

Everyone involved with organising and conducting scan were just so kind, considerate, and helpful i.e. Trish, Georgia, Lorna and all others involved were excellent and please accept my heartfelt thanks.

Though you haven’t mentioned RCDS by name, I recognise the people and the process you’ve described and I’m so pleased to see our team reflected in such a positive light.

The coordination between Victoria Hospital and Queen Margaret, and the compassion shown by Trish, Georgia, Lorna, and the wider team, speaks to the kind of joined-up, person-centred care we hope to provide every day. It’s all the more encouraging to hear that it made a difference to you during what we know can be an uncertain time.
