"Hip replacement after a fall at home"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / ReACH Falkirk Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as the patient),

After experiencing a fall at home, I was taken to Forth Valley Hospital where an x-ray confirmed I had fractured my left hip, requiring surgery. The staff on Ward B23 were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring I received excellent care throughout my stay.

Following my discharge, I was supported by Christian (Physiotherapist) and Anna (Occupational Therapist) from the ReACH team. Both were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed to aid my recovery.
