About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Day surgery Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Every one of the staff members, from admission to the Day Ward, the nurses, health care assistants, catering staff, doctors, anaethetists,the surgeon and my overnight stay on Wynnard Ward, was professional, kind, courteous, respectful and altogether lovely.  The ward was very full and they were all working extremely hard, but always had time to respond to my requests. Well done everyone, you were great!!

Hi there,

I am happy you had a good experience on the Knapp. We try to treat everyone well and settle the nerves before surgery. We also want people to feel its a professional service but still friendly and caring.

I am sorry you had to stay in overnight but sometimes people come out very sleepy or the surgery is a bit more complex than planned. I am glad you also had a good experience on Wynard.
