"Care of my mother"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance St John's Hospital / Accident & Emergency St John's Hospital / High Dependency Unit & Intensive Therapy Unit St John's Hospital / Palliative Care St John's Hospital / X-rays & Scans

(as a relative),

Sadly my mum passed away at the beginning of June. I just wished to pass on our family’s thanks for the amazing care she received.

I don’t remember everyone’s name I do apologise.

She was rushed by ambulance to the emergency department at St John’s hospital thank you to the paramedic and ambulance staff and A/E staff .

She was transferred to the medical high dependency unit all staff were amazing and took such good care of my mum and us .

The palliative care consultants again was so supportive and caring.

Then to ward 25 again her care was amazing and we were given as much time with her as we needed.

Also thank you to all the Radiology staff, radiographers and portering staff.

We will forever be grateful for everything that was done for our mum.
