Just wanted to quickly record my sincere thanks to Pauline in the Speech and Language department. She has been helping my dad dealing with his communication difficulties due to dementia. The personal service Pauline has provided has been first class.

I am particularly impressed how Pauline has put my dad at ease dealing with this difficult matter and has delivered helpful solutions that will help him deal with day to day life. I am also amazed at how Pauline take in information and retains that information at follow up visits. This is an example of someone who loves their work and help patients.
