"The staff are all great"

Coming here to Radiotherapy has been a good experience for me. The staff are all great - brilliant people right across the board. My treatment is going well and my schedule of appointments is fine. You get more conversation here than in the pub!

There could be a bit more comedy about the place to help us along. A TV might be a good addition although I suppose this could be counter-productive in the end and stop people having conversations with one another.

There could be a better selection of magazines - maybe golf etc? A couple I was talking to recently had to cancel a cruise in order to have his treatment - the magazines on Holiday Living were not what they wanted to see!!

Car parking is diabolical but this is nobody’s fault. Thank goodness I can use the Maggi Centre car park if absolutely necessary.

One thing I think could be improved is the pictorial explanation of how to use an enema - this could definitely be updated.
