"Everything has gone very smoothly for me"

Everything here in Radiotherapy has been good as far as my treatment is concerned. I cannot fault it. It was quite daunting at the beginning but you soon get used to it after a couple of appointments. Everything has gone very smoothly for me.

I am lucky to have patient transport, so car parking is not a problem for me, but I do hear people complaining about it all the time.

The one thing I think could be improved are the chairs in the waiting room - they could be softer and more comfortable! I have problems with sitting anyway so these chairs don’t help.....
