"I went for lung function tests"

I just wanted to pass on my compliments and say thank you for making everything easy and stress-free. I didn’t see the name of the lady who checked me in, but she was friendly and helpful, letting me know how long I would need to wait (barely five minutes). 

Lisa did my tests. She was so lovely - she explained everything - what she was doing and why; what I would need to do and how it might feel. She really put me at my ease.

I particularly appreciated the extra effort she went to join the dots for me in terms of my ongoing care - checking that I was on the appropriate waiting list, letting me know which doctor I was likely to see and discussing the possible next actions.
