(as a relative),

My mother was a recipient in your renal unit on Bute. We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the Bute renal nurses along with the macmillan Specialist Nurse Evelyn and the nurses on the ward who assisted her at the end of her life. The unit nurses brightened her days spent there and up kept her going with their fun kindness and laughter wishing them all the best brilliant nursing care everyone thank you all

Thank you very much for your lovely post highlighting your mother's experience whilst attending Bute Hospital for renal care and treatment, but am sorry to hear that your mother was receiving end of life care.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in acknowledging your kind post.

We are delighted to hear your mother received such good care from the Renal Nurse, and the speciality Nurse, Evelyn.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
