CSW Janice was absolutely wonderful. Our daughter has a complex health condition and we were quite stressed out as we needed to feed and change her before her appointment.
Janice went above and beyond and was so welcoming and caring. She set up the changing station for us and really put our minds at ease. She was incredibly efficient and organised when taking our child’s readings.
She was so friendly and so caring towards our daughter. She made a tricky day so, so much better. Thank you.
