"Great care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Got checked out in A&E after experiencing symptoms 2 weeks after an injury.

Triaged quickly, plan in place very fast. Tests and results back quickly. Reassured back to my family feeling well looked after!

Thanks to Jacquline, her student, Bethany, Tom (the very competent 4th yr medical student), Douglas, Consultant Claire and the porters and A&E reception staff at QEUH Glasgow.

Can’t thank you all enough.

Dear 53notcountin,

I hope this finds you well, thank you so much for your lovely care opinion following your recent attendance to the Emergency Department, our staff really do appreciate getting such positive feedback, they work extremely hard in often difficult circumstances, and to know that their care and attention is appreciated by the patients they are looking after means so much - thank you. I will pass on your lovely comments to Jacqueline, Bethany, Tom, Douglas, Claire, the porters and reception staff.

I hope your injury and symptoms have settled now.

with very kind regards,

Karen
