"staff going above and beyond"

I contacted phone first service for urgent care in Lagan Valley hospital today due to an injury to my leg which occurred at the weekend playing sports. My first contact was with a very kind, patient admin who took all my details and passed me to speak with the Doctor. The doctor I spoke to Peter was lovely and spoke to me about the various options open to me.

I then got an appointment at Urgent Care and was welcomed by a lovely group of admin who were so lovely and helpful. I was then supported to see the doctor and treated quite quickly. Advice was excellent and I felt I was allowed time and space. I felt listened to and time spent to really support me. This was a lovely doctor, unfortunately I don't remember his name.

Whilst in the waiting area I could see staff going above and beyond to ensure the system worked as efficiently as possible and everyone was well taken care of. Well done SET!!
