"A positive experience"

About: Community Services / North Lincolnshire Recovery Focussed team

(as a service user),

As a participant in the FLOW pilot I feel I need to share the positives; there are no negatives.  It has been an opportunity to try something new to treat one of many mental illness we all experience at times, it is just that some cope better than others. I have been encouraged throughout the pilot  due to the enthusiasm of all involved.  I am now on week 22, it has enabled to cope with unhelpful feelings and thoughts in a positive way, and what a relief that was.  I know the device is out of reach of most people and I am grateful I have had this chance to use Flow. All I can say is. Thank you, there is hope.

Hi

Thankyou for taking the time to tell your story of participating in the Flow project. I am so pleased of the positive outcome you are experiencing.

I had the pleasure of sitting in on some of the clinic's and you are right the enthusiasm was evident by all involved.

I will share with the staff who supported the Flow project.

Best wishes

Charlotte
