I had a call to say they needed to discuss the results of my daughter’s blood tests. On arrival to the doctor who asked why we were there. It was then very clear that he had not even glanced at notes. Found him very dismissive and at times very uncaring.
We went straight to another local surgery to change GP after the appointment.
