I attended for a sigmoidiscopy. Although I had a long wait for my procedure to begin, after that everything was excellent.
The staff were all superb from reception through procedure and recovery.
They were all very friendly and helpful, really caring for my wellbeing.
Jackie, the “camera” operator took time to explain everything that was happening and what she was observing.
Despite an embarrassing procedure, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable.
