About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I was very nervous about entering the building, but I was greeted by a nice receptionist. I was called in by nurse Laurance, who was so welcoming and friendly, he made me feel less anxious, straight away. He was very efficient and explained everything, and allowed me time to gather my thoughts and make an informed decision about my care.

I was provided with my treatment and left feeling very happy with the care i received during my visit.

Big thank you to Laurance, and i believe the nurses name to be megan, who was also present for a short while, for their excellent care.

We appreciate as a Team that patients can feel nervous when visiting our clinics and its a joy to hear you felt less anxious and was happy with the care received.
