Men's groupwork Hamilton.
The groupwork really helped me get back on track. I found it helpful to hear other peoples stories and liked being part of a group. I found the staff very comforting and reassuring. The work was done at a good pace where we covered a lot but it felt ok. I think it was, for me, a great way to get help when you don't think you have any help available.
