"Blown away again by the level of service and care"

Follow up to an amazing service, and again I was not disappointed, in fact I was blown away again by the level of service and care.

Firstly I arrived 50 mins late for my appointment, however I was still seen and treated with courtesy and respect. My toe was addressed and medically readdressed and I elected for follow up nail surgery.

An appointment has been booked for 5 weeks' time , which is amazing - I genuinely wouldn't have been surprised if it had been 5 mths +, and I accept that this could alter if a more serious need arises.

All paperwork was discussed and completed promptly and efficiently.

Fergus is an absolute fantastic ambassador for the his surgery and the NHS.  We have to look after our young people and this amazing service we have. Please think before we pass comment, before we might jump to criticise, this is a very precious but fragile service and we must look after it.  Certainly it's money, tax payers money, very well spent.
