"Having falls after back injury"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Specialist falls team

(as the patient),

Suffered a back injury, progressive weakness and pain to back and legs. Began losing mobility that resulted in losing my job.

Informed my social prescribing through GP who informed the falls team.

Arrived at property. Very person centred and helped put my mind at ease over what had been happening. Gave useful advice and checked out my surroundings for risks.

Very positive and reassuring.
