(as the patient),

I called 111 with a pain in my chest. An ambulance came very quickly and took me to Treliske (a great service with wonderful paramedics).

I was triaged and then moved to a ward temporarily and then St Mawes ward. The staff have all been wonderful, especially in their joyful spirit, their hard work ethic, hard working and diligent and knowledgeable of my conditions and needs.

I came in in a terrible state and now leaving feeling like a new man. Associated and secondary ailments and deficiencies have been flagged and treated, fresh advice based on my current state of health has been given to me, and adjustments to my medications implemented. I don't really want to go home.
