"Helpful and kind staff"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as a service user),

The staff member that seen me made sure to explain each step that she was taking and what they were being done for. She was understanding and answered any queries I had about the tests being done. She also helped out with my anxiety towards the eye drops being used and explained how they would feel in a relatable way so that I would know what to expect.

Other staff members were also kind and provided and easy and relaxed experience.

I left the macular unit feeling satisfied with the service and fully understand what is to happen next with the results they gathered.
