"My Medication 💊"

I thought I would give the pharmacy a go and have my medication 💊 delivered by post, Big mistake!!

I was telling them the medication 💊 I needed and it was informing me it did not recognise what I was asking for and I gave up!

Ended up ordering medication 💊 online at Roborough Surgery, which in turn they sent my prescription to pharmacy. After a couple of days my medication 💊 arrived by post in a very large cardboard box and only half of what I want!

I have since been told by Roborough Surgery that because I am in my 70s now I have to order my medication 💊 every month instead of every 2 months.

I cannot understand 😩 😪 why.

Please explain to me why. Thank you in anticipation.
