I came to ESH for the first time to have a check on my IUD which was being expelled and the care I have received from the staff has been absolutely outstanding. In particular I wanted to mention Linda who was there for my first appointment. I couldn’t have asked for someone more supportive and understanding throughout the whole process. I also wanted to mention Sarah who was equally wonderful on my second visit. In fact, every member of staff I have interacted with at the clinic has been fantastic. I have had a traumatic medical past and this is the first time I have felt seen, supported and been taken seriously. Thank you so much.
