"Excellent immediate treatment "

I have not had any medical issues or attended any medical appointments for a very long time but I had some chest problems recently and felt it maybe an emergency, I walked into Penzance emergency unit and was seen immediately, tested thoroughly and spoken to with patience and understanding by reception, nurses and Doctor, whilst waiting for results I could over hear other patients and they were being given time and care from the emergency staff even though it is clearly under pressure. Next day a telephone call to request a print out of my results, I received fast informative and polite advise, and was able to collect my results the very same day.
