I have been coming to the Clinical Intervention Department for 3 years. Was really scared and nervous on my first visit. The nurses made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease. Very gentle and explained everything that was going to happen. Have always made me feel welcome. Make me feel like part of the gang. Very attentive to my care and comfort. Always checking on me. Bringing me endless cups of tea. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure I am cared for whilst I'm in their department. Most amazing team of nurses. They all deserve medals.
