"A joke at the expense of one's time"

I've been years in a row for this on going problems and not one has been solved or treated...I've been sent to a specialist for some of my problems ,very rarely and with no solution, then left aside ...many times lost working days just to be there for the same talk,over and over again. Need to be in person every time,for a set of 3 questions that could be made on the phone. Biggest disappointment in UK for my self
